PRE-ORDER

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms carefully before placing a pre-order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Availability—Pre-order products may be purchased regardless of their current stock availability.

2. Delivery — (a). In-Stock Items If a pre-order product is in stock at the time of placing your order, it will be delivered within 5–7 working days.

3. Delivery — (b). Out-of-Stock Items If a pre-order product is out of stock at the time of placing your order, the order will still be accepted. Delivery will be completed within 30 days from the date the order is placed.

4. Delivery Timelines — All delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, including logistics or supplier delays.

5. Payment—Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

6. Cancellations & Modifications — Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Pre-order items are processed specifically based on customer demand, and no changes can be accommodated after an order is confirmed.

7. Unfulfilled Orders—In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to unexpected unavailability, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Split Shipments—Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be dispatched separately.
